SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

The artworks sold on Bordereau Photography are individually produced after the order has been confirmed by our laboratory partner, WhiteWall.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated total production and delivery time is generally between 7 and 12 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

This timeframe may vary depending on the product, finish, size, destination country and time of year. Where a specific delivery timeframe is displayed when the order is placed, that timeframe will apply.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days after it has been confirmed.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Orders can only be shipped to destinations available during checkout. If no shipping option is offered for an address, the order cannot be completed for that destination.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, size, weight and finish of the artwork. The total amount is displayed before the customer confirms the order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The customer is responsible for checking that the delivery address is correct before confirming the order. If an error has been made, the customer must contact us immediately. An address change cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

DELAYS OR FAILURE TO DELIVER

In the event of a significant delay or failure to deliver, please contact us at maximebordereau@gmail.com and provide your order number.

We will carry out the necessary checks with the laboratory and the carrier. Bordereau Photography remains responsible for the proper fulfilment of the order until it is delivered to the customer, in accordance with applicable law.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If the parcel or artwork arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible at maximebordereau@gmail.com.

We may ask you to provide:

• your order number;
• photographs of the parcel;
• photographs of the damaged artwork;
• a detailed description of the issue.

After verification, an appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with our return policy and the applicable statutory guarantees.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these costs are borne by the recipient.
