Maxime Bordereau is a French landscape photographer based in the Pyrenees.
Drawn to remote northern landscapes, he returns to Iceland to photograph places shaped by ice, volcanic earth, water and constantly changing light. His work explores scale, silence and the fragile boundaries created by natural forces.
Working both from the ground and from the air, he searches for clean, graphic compositions that reveal landscapes beyond the familiar viewpoint.
Each photograph in the collection is selected from his personal travels and produced to order by WhiteWall from the original high-resolution file.
