RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The photographic artworks offered on Bordereau Photography are individually produced to order by our laboratory partner, WhiteWall.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For products offered in the standard sizes and finishes available on the website, you have fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the end of this period by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, although this is not mandatory.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have fourteen (14) days to return the product.
Before sending the product, please contact us to receive return instructions appropriate for the size of the artwork. Products must not be returned directly to WhiteWall unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.
The direct cost of returning a product under the right of withdrawal is borne by the customer. This cost varies according to the size, weight, packaging and carrier selected.
The product must be returned in its original condition, properly protected and, where possible, in its original packaging. The customer may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
CUSTOM-MADE OR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specific requirements or clearly personalised.
This exception applies only to orders produced in dimensions, finishes or specifications specifically requested by the customer and not included among the standard options offered on the website.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect or does not match the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To process your request, we may ask you to provide:
• your order number;
• a detailed description of the issue;
• photographs of the product and its packaging.
After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances, at no additional cost to the customer. This procedure does not restrict any statutory guarantees or consumer rights.
REFUNDS
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered, no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that it has been sent, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees.
Any additional costs resulting from the selection of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option will not be refunded.
